This project took careful planning and ex*****on.

I've been inspired by a lot of editorial work these past few months. A few specific peers of mine influenced me to try new avenues. So I spoke with Regina Marie Cosplay about trying something completely different than cosplay. We brainstormed some ideas and we came up with the idea of the dress, which she built from scratch. The speed and craftsmanship she spent on the dress was amazing and we were both happy with how it turned out.

When assembling a crew I couldn't think of any others besides Cospix's very own Vince Rants, and Brian Ewell Photography to accompany me to the desert to make sure this project takes off without a hitch and ends in success. the combined minds and ideas made this entire photoshoot a success.

We traveled to the Alvord Desert, located in New Princeton, Oregon (7 hours from where I live) to take photos of the dress, and when we got there it was everything we imagined and then some. The environment was incredible and we were in love the moment we got there. We shot all the way until the sun was gone and we got some amazing material that not only I'm proud of, but the entire crew was.

I'm also grateful for my best friend and assistant, Matt for coming along and making sure we were equipped and prepped for success. This should would not have been what it is without the collective of every single member.

I live for things like this. I hope to do more things like this in the future. Thanks for sticking along for the ride, friends.

About that dress the other week.
Regina Marie Cosplay, Cospix members: Vince Rants, and Brian Ewell Photography and I headed out 7 hours to the Alvord desert in Oregon to photograph a dress I had Gina make from scratch. I spent two months planning the location and idea for this shoot I'm really glad to see it was successful. I hope to show you guys some of the amazing shots we got this weekend!

Hi everyone.

I've been laying low since Anime Expo because well, I haven't shot anything new just yet! I've been taking a break with photography and I'm just about to hop onto a brand new project I've spent a couple months planning. It will be unlike anything I've done before. And I'm working closely with some great peers to bring you guys something I hope you will all find impressive.

In the mean time. I took a bo***ir set of my friend, Chelsea during my time at AX! We've been Instagram friends for years and this year was the first time we met! I'm glad we were able to shoot together this year. Here's to a long friendship!
