Horizon3 is a contemporary dance company specializing in dance film, development of pre-professional Horizon3 believes the world needs more exposure to dance.

More and more, arts are being removed from our schools and communities. Horizon3's mission is to provide high-quality dance instruction and dance-based resources to all members of our community and beyond. The company is especially passionate about bringing dance to those who may not otherwise have access to quality art. Through our efforts with dance film, we hope to expand our reach and share ou

r passion for the art of dance with people all over the world. With the help of our presenters, Friends of Danceworks, the company strives to provide Vancouver's pre-professional students and professional dancers the opportunity to further their craft and gain experience in a variety of styles of movement. Horizon3 donates 25% of all company income to the Friends of Danceworks Scholarship Fund. Simply by taking a class with our company, attending one of our workshops or donating to our various causes, YOU help contribute. This fund aids talented dancers in gaining access to classes and the tools to pursue their dreams. How cool is that?! With the holidays coming, everyone is busy! Finding time for family, and yourself, can be tricky... so we've decided to drop our Monday morning class from now through December. Come dance with us Tue-Thu 10-11:30pm or Fri 7-8:30 instead!
