Happy Birthday to us!

Two years ago, Ekklesia Theatre was founded on the belief that stories have the power to inspire, challenge, and transform lives. We set out to build a faith-based theatre company that would create meaningful artistic experiences, foster honest conversations about real-world issues, and connect audiences with practical support and solutions.

What began as a vision has grown into a thriving community of artists, volunteers, patrons, donors, and partners who believe in the power of storytelling to make a difference.

We are seeking a couple of volunteers to help greet and check performers in during auditions this upcoming weekend!

Auditions are scheduled for...

Saturday, June 27, 12pm–5pm
Sunday, June 28, 2pm–7pm
.. but you will not be needed for the whole time.

Auditions are being held at the US Digital Outreach Center: 1400 NE 136th Ave, Suite 201, Vancouver, WA 98684

We just had a great production meeting for our March 2027 show.

Check out this beautiful set concept our director came up with:

A rotating tree, with each branch representing a different season—spring, summer, fall, and winter—as time passes throughout the play. 🌳

Magenta Theater's latest show is beautifully staged and directed by Artistic Director Caleb Bourgeois and it features phenomenal singing and performances from the entire cast, especially the two leads.

Plus, there is a cow. COME ON, HOW FUN IS THAT?! 🐮
