had a piece done on my shoulder by Mr Nobody and it's by far the worse tattoo on my body. I sent a message to Matt stating i am deeply disappointed in the work and I attached his response which was pretty close to a see ya' response. I've seen work done by Mr Nobody and he can do quality work but what he put on me was far from it. The lettering looks like a 3rd grader wrote it. There is no shading which makes the tattoo look flat. There's not an straight smooth line on it. It's just a badly done tattoo. Matt then blocked me from any further communication so this is why my negative review of Hopeless Tattoo

Customer Service is a joke. Sent an email 2 weeks prior to inquiring about setting up an appointment. Received an email a day later saying that Jeremy Maurstad would be able to get me in on my requested day. When Jeremy sent the email, he asked if I could stop by that day to do a deposit. Now in my original email I stated I was from another state but would be in WA at that time. I responded to Jeremy stating that I would love to stop by to do the deposit but cant due to me being in another state and asked if there was another way of doing the deposit. It took over 5 days for Jeremy to respond. Now on the Wednesday which was 2 days prior to my requested day he responded asking if I could send him the Design of the tattoo AGAIN. which is telling me that they lost the design from my original email. and he also stated that I could send a deposit through Venmo,FB,Paypal. Now I have been to many tattoo places and many on myself and NEVER have I had a artist say to do a deposit to any of those. Maybe its a WA thing or the Parlors thing. With either of the emails that Jeremy sent did he ever mention the time of the Appoinment. nor did he give me any info on how to do the deposit by venmo or FB. I know I need certain info. So I responded with the design again and asking for all this info. And low a behold never heard a response from him. And yes I even tried calling. Very disappointed in this place and if this is the type of customer service that they do then I am glad I never got a tattoo by them cause who know how it would even had turned out.

Perhaps announcing on your fb that you're closed would have been smart before people show up for their appointments.

We were really impressed both this time (as well as the first time we went there) by the professionalism they showed! They are clean, friendly, but most of all, they do such amazing quality work! How much would it be roughly to get this on from my ankle to my knee on the side of my leg
