Of course, the Trump administration is attacking the music Industry once again. The administration is afraid of people coming together, and creating peace and harmony with a diversity of individuals. 
🎺 URGENT ADVOCACY ALERT: Proposed 25% Tariff on Brass Instruments
The U.S. Department of Commerce has proposed adding brass-wind instruments, parts, and accessories to tarriffs.
What this means for music education:
🎺 Higher Costs: Up to a 25% price increase on trumpets, trombones, tubas, French horns, and repair parts.
🏫 School Budget Strain: Additional financial burden on already tight music program budgets.
🎶 Barriers for Students: Increased costs for families renting or buying instruments, disproportionately impacting low-income communities.
📣 Take Action Before August 27, 2026!
Music educators, parents, and advocates can submit a public comment to the U.S. Department of Commerce explaining how this proposed tariff would impact local programs. AND/OR contact your local members of Congress!!
