Hummingbirds being so much joy to me. Memories of my grandmother rushing to the window to watch our feeder and enjoy the sunny spot of tile with her feet. The vibrant red of the feeder and the magic of these fast fliers.

Fine line scripts are some of my favorite work, so precise and delicate

Words mean so much and can be so personal in interpretation, meaning something completely different to each of us.

I find text and script to be very intimate, what a privilege to provide them for my clients.

This month I will be focusing on quarter, half, and full sleeves, fine line floral, and experimental bold line.

REAL TALK
This past week has been a real message from the universe solidifying everything I have been working on behind the scenes and putting out teasers about.

This industry can be a boys club that rejects change, breeds unhealthy competition, allows for unprofessional behaviour, and encourages ego.

I can see how this could lead to very poor behaviour on the part of certain artists. But clients are affected by this too.

Many shops are still intimidating, treat clients like inconveniences, don’t explain procedures or sanitary protocols, don’t make clients feel secure and positive in their experience.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this industry because of what I have made of it in my own little corner. And now I get to share that with more people.

That big teaser? It’s a concept shop where clients feel appreciated, important, and have FUN! It’s a home for artists who exude BFF energy and believe in community over competition in their heart of hearts.

A BIG thank you to my clients- every one of you. You’ve given me so much trust and vulnerability, you’ve supported me in my art and that has allowed me to be in a position to now serve others.
