If you’ve ever looked at something made from clay and thought, “I could never do that,” this is your sign to give it a try.

Ashley makes ClayMakers so approachable. She’ll walk you through the process step-by-step, from creating the shape with the clay extruder to adding doors, windows, textures and all the little details that make your toad house completely your own. Then you’ll come back the following week to glaze it!

No clay experience? That's perfect. Ashley makes it easy and totally doable. Plus you will have loads of fun creating it (bring a friend and double the fun)! 🙌

Got a tween or teen who loves to make things with their hands?

Sign them up for Youth Clay Club with Lily Good is! An afterschool 6-week series all about experimenting, building, and making something with clay.

Students ages 10–17 will explore hand-building techniques like slab building and coil construction while creating everything from mugs and bowls to sculptures, weird little creatures, architectural pieces, and whatever else their imagination comes up with. There will even be an opportunity to tryout the wheel for those who are interested.

No cookie-cutter projects here - Lily gives them the skills, then lets their creativity take it from there. ✨

Fall session begins September 21 | Mondays, 3:30–5pm
6 classes • Ages 10–17
$150 members / $180 non-members

Happy Birthday to our Delaney! 🥳

She's our Leo/Virgo cusper who embodies the absolute best of both signs. Grounded, empathetic, smart as hell and enjoys a challenge. Above all else, she is kind, creative and just one cool human being. Since joining the team late last year, it has honestly been as if she was supposed to always be here - and we could not be more grateful.

From grant writing to financial reporting to strategic sponsorship planning and backend website tackling - Delaney goes above and beyond for everything she signed up to do, and also the things she did NOT sign up to do. 😂

Oh, and by the way, she has a whole other AMAZING business called Delaney Ink where she creates incredible line tattoos for an endless number of clients. This girl can do it all - with grace and a little s***k (which we love).

We wish Delaney the very best of birthdays, filled with fur baby snuggles and time with those she cherishes the most. And this one is extra sweet with a baby girl on the way. 💕

Happy Friends Friday! This week we're shouting out the amazing kids of the Wassenberg Art Center! The talented folks at Wassenberg Art Center ran a Makers Camp this summer, teaching kids everything from creating a product to building a whole business from the ground up. These young entrepreneurs made it happen — and now they're ready to sell what they've made at the Youth Market this Sunday at 1pm! We had so much fun being a part of their story. Each young business owner got a gift card from us to help bring their brand to life — think custom name tags, banners, and packaging to help their products shine on the table. It's one of our favorite kinds of projects: helping someone tell their story right from the very start. Come support these hardworking kids this weekend — you won't want to miss what they've created!
