Your speaker only sounds as good as your pickup! I’ve struggled for yearssss trying to find the best speaker/mic combo. Preamps, cables, speakers, mics, I’ve went through them all! I’ve tried so many different combinations in order to get the best one. The Roland mini, the Roland street cube, the Bose pro, and finally the Bose pro plus. I’m not kidding when I say I’ve tried allllll of them. 😂

Having the Dusty strings pic up is worth every cent. It sounds amazing and is able to capture the range of the harp perfectly. Pair it with an extra boost (preamp) and it’s the ✨perfect✨combination.

Korg is the most accurate tuner. Don’t come at me you phone tuner people. I’d rather use my ear than my phone 😂

Manhasset is the best music stand ever. I use it in my home studio. It can hold the weight of multiple books of music AND the iPad at the same time.

I still can’t believe I see people playing at weddings using actual sheet music. 🤯 I’ve been playing from my iPad for about 11 years now. It’s life changing. Buy the iPad.

Allllllll the glisses allll the time! I love adding glissandi during the first kiss. It makes the moment even more magical!

My soundboard is my favorite detail of my Style 22. I knew it was hand painted and it’s truly a work of art!! I really wanted to add this detail to my style 23 but unfortunately it was out of the budget. 😱🫣😵‍💫

I had no idea this was a Style 3 design until Lyon and Healy told me. 😍😍 The Style 3 is a GORGEOUS premium gold harp and costs $113,900.

Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, Arc de Triomphe (not pictured), and were at the top of my MUST SEE list while spending one day in Paris this summer.

Being in a harp store is truly like being a kid in the candy store. My favorite part was looking at all of the music! They had a great collection of used scores. GIMME a piece of music that’s marked up any day! I love reading the names of who owned it before me. Each piece has history and a story to tell. Bringing home music from Paris was my souvenir. 💕I didn’t get to browse as much as I would have liked: Harp store was NOT at the top of the list for my kids and it was extremely warm. Being from Florida I’m used to the heat just not used to no AC 🥵.

The harps were all stunning of course!! I played the Rainbow Salvi Electra while I was there and was really impressed with how the electric harp sounded acoustically without amplification. Maybe an electric harp is on the horizon for me. 😏

Thank you L’Instrumentarium Harpes for hosting my family. We had a great time and it’s a trip I’ll remember forever. 💕😍🥰

Less than ONE week until our student recital! Between concerts, lessons, writing solos, writing two ensembles, performances, emails, contracts, quotes, my brain is starting to feel scrambled. Add that to MOM life with my kids’ performances, rehearsals…. I am ready for a vacation!!

Grateful to my husband and family for their patience and for holding the fort down while I’m busy with work!
