The valpo tattoo collective is looking for a small biz to join our co-op! The space for rent is the storefront on the lincolnway side, which has a 9x12 private room and 9x20 office or lobby space. 1 door leads outside, the other door leads to the rest of the studio. Usage includes utilities, wifi, and some storage. The studio houses 2 appointment only tattooers. The rental space would best suit an appointment based small business, ie graphic designer, massage therapist, private studio level tattooer or aesthetics professional. There is limited parking but nearby parking is available. Would consider renting just the private room to the right person. Please contact for more information or email [email protected]
