Happy fall, y’all! The crisp weather has been invigorating. I haven’t been this enthusiastic about Sweater Weather in quite some time. It was a long summer of recovery and admiring my garden from afar while my new knee and I got acquainted. I’m grateful to be done with months of PT and am really looking forward to cozy evenings on the couch with crochet in hand and staying warm as the blanket grows in my lap. Our recently reopened online shop has been buzzing with holiday crafters. Their enthusiasm is infectious. From preparing Christmas creations to craft show items, our community is busy! We’re offering 13% off many items in our Etsy store through October to help you get started on those projects. May your fall be filled with all the apples and pumpkins your heart desires.

I told myself I was just browsing. Then I found three listings on Marketplace, made a deal, and now I’m staring at a mountain of yarn like the suddenly crowned owner of a small yarn kingdom.

And this is only half the haul. I’ll be accepting thoughts, prayers, and pattern suggestions. I knew my people would understand. 🧶

What an incredible first weekend for us at Market 102. I’m so grateful for every person who stopped by, browsed and supported this little creative corner we’re building together. Your excitement and encouragement mean more than you know.

The best part — more paint is already on its way from Dixie Belle to Valparaiso. Full shelves and plenty of inspiration are headed right back to Market 102 along with gorgeous decoupage rice paper. We’re just waiting for our hooks to arrive. Can’t wait to see what you create. 🩷
