Peeping Hannah’s upcoming Divine Dance classes 👀

Our former Essence instructor, Hannah, is coming back as a visiting instructor, bringing her signature artistry back to the studio through a series of special Divine Dance classes.

Each month will bring a new mood, style, and creative direction, along with the artistic touch that makes Hannah’s classes uniquely hers. 🖤

We’re so excited to indulge in a different creative perspective and add some new flair to our practice.

✨ Meet Sara ✨

We’re excited to welcome Sara to the Essence team!

Sara’s style is smooth, fluid, and detailed, with a focus on feel good flows, heel technique, intricate movement, and transitions that keep everything connected.

She’s also proof that you don’t need a dance background to build a strong dance practice. Sara came into pole nervous to take her first class and found a new sense of confidence, strength, and freedom through movement. 🙌

Now she’s bringing that experience and her signature style to Divine Dance LVL 1 and Divine Dance LVL 2.

✨ Divine Dance LVL 1 is all about getting comfortable with the pole, building your dance vocabulary, and exploring your sensual side.

✨ Divine Dance LVL 2 takes that foundation further with more intricate flows, pathways, and movement combinations.

You can catch Sara on Tuesday, August 25th for Divine Dance LVL 2 at 6:50pm, then find her regularly on the new schedule:
