🍉 We're only TWO weeks away from our annual FREE Watermelon Slice Day at the Historic Langdale Mill Farmers Market!

Join us on Friday, July 3rd, and enjoy a refreshing slice of watermelon while you stroll through the pavilion and shop from 15+ local vendors.

You'll find some of the best homegrown produce, handmade goods, fresh-baked treats, and local products you won't find anywhere else!

SWIM PROGRAMS CANCELLATION NOTICE 🌩️⚠️

Due to the impending weather and the current tornado watch, all Valley Swim Academy swim lessons and Valley Swim Team practice are canceled for tonight, Thursday, June 18th.

The safety of our participants, families, and staff is always our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

To accommodate the competition, the VCC Pool will be closed to members and the public for the entire day on Thursday, June 25th.

We want to remind all of our members and Valley Community Center visitors that the building will be closed all day tomorrow, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth.

We will reopen with regular business hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Submit an original piece of artwork celebrating America's 250th Anniversary for a chance to have your creation displayed in the Valley Community Center for the entire community to enjoy!

⭐ FREE to enter
🎨 Open to ALL ages and skill levels
🖌️ Use any artistic medium or materials
RULES: Artwork must be patriotic, creative, and include the number 250!

Think outside the box! Spell out "250" with popsicle sticks, paint the Statue of Liberty wearing sunglasses with "250" on the lenses, create a sculpture, or snap a patriotic photograph—we want to see your imagination at work!

🏆 The winning artwork will be announced during the week following the Fourth of July and proudly displayed in the Community Center.

For just $5, it's the perfect way to carry all your fresh produce, homemade goodies, and handmade treasures while shopping the market.

Tote bags are available every Friday at the Farmers Market and during the week at the Valley Community Center. Proceeds help support special market events throughout the season!

Football registration is NOW OPEN for the fall season!

This year we're offering:
🏈 6U Flag Football
🏈 8U Tackle Football
🏈 10U Tackle Football
🏈 12U Tackle Football

💲 Registration is $60 per player and includes a game jersey.
🎉 VCC Members receive a $10 discount per player!

The Valley Community Center Gym (Courts A & B) will close today at 6:30 PM to begin setup for an event.
