When a Bride and Groom share their vision with me for their wedding reception and then trust me to deliver on it, you get memories that will last a lifetime!

As a professional wedding DJ I do more than just play music. I pay attention to every detail, I work and coordinate with all of the other wedding vendors to make sure your wedding day goes as smooth as possible.

From helping with timeline management, to playing songs that create a special vibe at the right moment so that the photographer can capture it on film.

I have to assure the Bride that all is well and try to keep her stress free all while we are deciding on last minute changes due to bad weather or wardrobe malfunctions, power outages, and the list goes on and on. The new Mr. & Mrs. Jacob Felhauer trusted the whole team at Whispering Oaks Farm and Event Venue as we made slight changes and adjustments to their timeline as the room and guest changed to keep a high energy level and a fun vibe on the dancefloor for all ages and genres of music. What a fun night and great teamwork amongst their vendors! It was my first time at this venue but I loved the experience and can’t wait to go back!

I am always so honored when Brides trust me with their big day and allow me to help create priceless memories.

This wedding was no exception. With almost 2 years in the making, the attention to every detail, the heart, soul, and love that went into pulling off this fairytale wedding is second to none.

Richie and Tandy Coleman Coyle went all out for this LKG wedding and made sure that every one of their daughter’s wedding wishes came true. They built this beautiful venue and bridge on their property complete with guest seating. It truly is amazing!

Hardy and Emily were surrounded by friends and family and had the time of their lives! You can tell by the pics that nobody was having a good time, especially Emily’s brother, Parker!

Lake Gaston was the perfect backdrop for Shane and Chrissy’s wedding. When they decided earlier this year to live here full time, they knew that LKG was the perfect place for them to get married. Family and friends from as far away as Oregon came to celebrate with them.

The afternoon was filled with smiles, good friends, and delicious food by 313 Franklin-Cocktails & Kitchen and lots of dancing.

You know we say here at Lake Gaston that you will never meet a stranger and that was proven to be true once again when we had a pontoon boat ride enjoying the music and was invited up to join the party.

After over 40 years and over 1,000 weddings, Monday’s wedding provided me with so many “firsts”.

It was the first ever Monday wedding for me, my first time at Rock Spring Mountain Farm in Favor Virginia, the first gig with new speakers, the first time that an ice cream truck served dessert at a wedding, and I could go on and on, but most importantly, it was the first time that I have ever witnessed and felt the Holy Spirit so strong and present at a wedding.

This sweet couples Love Story started at Liberty University back in 2024 when they met and instantly fell in love. The stories that were told thru the toast were of love, respect, and how their faith in God has brought them together.

I’ll be honest, as a wedding DJ a small part of my job on your wedding day is to get people out on the dance floor and to create memories and to help the guests have a good time. I wasn’t real sure how a Monday wedding at 4:30 with no alcohol, was going to turn out, but once again it was the first time I realized the difference and the meaning of hosting a celebration, not just a party.

Just watch this 29 second video clip and you will know exactly what I’m talking about, just 29 seconds of your day and I hope that your heart will be filled with love and the Holy Spirit just like mine is.

They say rain on your wedding day is good luck, if this is true Allie and Cole will have the best marriage ever!

These love birds were surrounded by family and friends as they celebrated the next chapter of their love story and they didn’t let a little rain stop the party.

The coolest part for me is that I was the DJ for the Bride’s parents wedding back in 1997, and the same officiant was at both weddings as well, how cool is that!

I am so lucky and honored to help out with this awesome cause. To most people Lake Gaston is just a party spot, but to us who live here full time, this is where we live, eat, and play and we love supporting local families in need as well as area Fire/EMS and police departments.

After a short summer break Party Time Music was back out on the wedding trail down in Goldsboro Friday night to celebrate the new Mr. & Mrs. Josh Phillips.

I met Amber, the Bride, on a bachelorette ride on The Gaston last summer which led to her and one of her Bridesmaids booking me to be their wedding DJ at both of their weddings, how cool is that!

Amber and Josh’s love story was celebrated by family and friends, and man were they ready to party!

LKG locals might recognize the Bride’s Father, Mike Griffin, from Performance Fiberglass, he is the best in the business for repairs and restorations.

As a full time wedding DJ I get to meet the nicest people in the world and get to become a small part of their love story.

This couple’s love story began a few years ago when Jenn went to Australia to study Biology and met this great fella in Pat. They made a connection while Jenn was there studying but as life would have she would return back to the states when she finished her Biology program. Broken hearted and still in love Pat packed up his bags and came to the US in hopes of finding Jenn and rekindling their relationship, and low in behold he found her! After a cross country trip in a van they both knew that they would hold each others hearts forever. After a beautiful wedding ceremony here on Lake Gaston they returned back to Australia and are now married expecting their first child! How cool is that.

They made a quick visit home to visit family here at Lake Gaston and chartered our boat, The Gaston, to entertain family and friends.

I’ll say it again, I have the best job in the world and thanks Pat and Jenn for letting me tag along in y’all’s love story!
