Santa Clarita Philharmonic The Santa Clarita Philharmonic is a community orchestra comprised of musicians from the Santa Clarit The community orchestra concept was born last fall.

The Santa Clarita Philharmonic is a community orchestra comprised of volunteer musicians from the Santa Clarita Valley. The orchestra has over forty members from advanced high school students, to adult amateurs, to retired professionals. With the support of the William S. Hart Unified School District, our first rehearsal was held on February 5, 2013 at the Rio Norte Junior High School in Valencia. We are seeking contributions from local businesses to cover expenses for insurance required by the Hart District and the purchase of music as well as to offer free classical music concerts to the public. We would also like to initiate an outreach program to allow us to provide musical instrument instruction to promising members of the group.
