To everyone new here, WELCOME!

I’m Coach Angie, a self taught Polerina for 2 yrs and 8 mths (where does time go) 🤯🤯

I’ve been athletic my entire life. I opened Pole Fitness in Valdosta quite frankly as a substitute for me going to the gym. I wanted to be healthy without being in a place I absolutely despised.

My journey started just like all of yours..filled with doubt, nerves, uncertainty and thrill. Many of you see me spin now and don’t consider not long ago I was right where you are, only with no one to teach me.

So, when you step into these purple walls, I hope I’ve done a great job of making you feel welcomed, supported, STRONG ENOUGH (mentally and physically), but most importantly I hope you feel free. Free to spin, be yourself, vent, laugh, cry, and dance!

Looking forward to seeing more pretty Polerinas!

(Fun fact: I graduated from Clark Atlanta with my degree in biology. I used my corporate job to fund the studio until the studio could fund itself)
