As we celebrate Juneteenth week, and OUR upcoming freedom day, let's be intentional about how we show up, give back, and pay it forward.
Freedom isn’t just about rights, it’s about resources. When we give back to Black-led causes, we affirm the value of Black lives and ensure that liberation becomes a lived reality, not just a historic date. Service isn’t a moment, it’s a movement.
Today’s Challenge—
Support a Black-led cause through action or donation. Whether it’s providing books, sponsoring a child’s camp, or giving to an organization like NCNW your gift creates impact. Let’s give generously and live our mission with meaning. Ideas for today: donate gently used books to a Black youth program; sponsor a Black child’s summer experience; give to National Council of Negro Women (link in below).
