this double tragus was a redo of a setup this client had years ago, so i had to take the original placement, spacing, and anatomy into consideration.

we decided to go with 18g nose studs instead of the traditional 16g labret posts, so that way it created a cleaner, more proportionate look.

every anatomy is different- and that’s why i love custom piercing setups
