Among this year’s experiences is an exclusive culinary evening at Tavernetta Vail, where Executive Chef Ethan Diamant welcomes acclaimed guest Chef Vinnie Cimino of Cleveland’s celebrated restaurant Cordelia for a one‑night‑only dining experience.
