Two separate, race-specific disqualifications are reflected in the official results from Kids Bike Night at Vado Speedway Park.🔥

Mendoza Law Firm USRA A-Mods — Heat 1
The No. 10P of Nick Herrera was disqualified from Heat 1 following contact under yellow. The ruling applied only to Heat 1. Herrera remained eligible to compete, transferred through the B Feature and was officially scored in the A Feature.🟡

Vado Speedway Super Trucks Series — A Feature
The No. 7 of Luis Esquivel was disqualified from the A Feature following a pit-crew rule violation. That ruling applies only to the feature result.🔴

100 BIKES. FIVE WINNERS. 26 POSITIONS GAINED.

Kids Bike Night was built for what comes next. On the racetrack, five drivers found five different ways forward.

- Christy Barnett, No. 44 — ninth to first in the Vado Speedway Super Trucks
- Mercedes Abercrombie, No. 29 — third to first in the Anthony Sosa Roofing Late Models
- C**t Treharn, No. 77 — fourth to first in the Sunset Grill POWRi 360 Non-Winged Sprint Cars
- Mingo Jauregui, No. 47 — ninth to first in the Extreme Landscaping USRA Stock Cars
- Robert Adams, No. 50 — sixth to first in the Mendoza Law Firm USRA Modifieds

None was officially credited with a front-row start. Together, they advanced 26 positions.

Barnett changed from the bottom to the top. Abercrombie committed to the cushion before Lap 1 was complete. Treharn reached the upper lane first. Jauregui waited for the bottom to open. Adams found the shorter route and then defended it through every reset.

Five races. Five different solutions. One Kids Bike Night that gave the next generation—and the entire grandstand—something to remember.

FIRST TO THE TOP. FIRST TO THE CHECKERED.

Robert Herrera controlled the bottom. Don Grable occupied the middle. C**t Treharn spent the opening laps of Saturday's Sunset Grill POWRi 360 Non-Winged feature searching for the lane that could clear both.

The No. 77 found it against the outside wall.

Treharn committed to the top, turned a three-car fight into the winning move and drove from fourth into the lead. His advantage grew as the race reached traffic, but a caution with seven laps remaining removed it. He rebuilt the gap. A second yellow with three to go removed it again.

Twice the field returned to his bumper. Twice Treharn delivered the launch.

He controlled the final three laps over championship leader Don Grable and earned his third Vado 360 Non-Winged victory in only four feature starts this season.

The Kids Bike Night story followed him to Victory Lane. Treharn thanked the crew that prepared one of the easiest cars he had driven, then reminded families that two bicycles for young girls were waiting in his trailer.

Long run, traffic, two shootouts and one answer: C**t Treharn reached the top first and stayed there.

BOTTOM FOR THE PASS. TOP FOR THE FINISH.

Christy Barnett started Saturday's 15-lap Vado Speedway Super Truck feature in ninth. Ben Ives owned the early clean air and made the upper lane work, while Barnett spent the opening half studying both the leader and a dry, technical center.

Then the No. 44 found the bite nobody else had converted.

Barnett drove underneath Ives through Turn 2 and completed the pass for the lead. A caution with six laps remaining erased everything she had built and gave Ives, Russell Allen and the rest of the field another shot.

The answer changed on the restart.

Barnett launched around the top, Allen followed from 10th to second, and the No. 44 never gave the lead back. Ives completed the podium after starting from the pole.

The ninth-to-first charge earned Barnett her fifth Vado Super Truck victory of 2026. It also flipped the championship: she entered the night 14 points behind Scott Kinney and leaves 14 points ahead, 1,200–1,186.

Her Kids Bike Night contribution continued beyond the checkered flag. Barnett Harley-Davidson helped put bicycles into the giveaway, and Barnett used Victory Lane to invite young fans to visit the Nos. 44 and 82 pits after the program.

Eight positions gained. A championship lead claimed. A complete Kids Bike Night for Christy Barnett.
