We're only two weeks out from tryouts for our 2026/2027 Fall/Winter AAU Full-Ice Mites team!

Our season is Half-Ice mites season friendly although it will be challenging to balance the two schedules so please reach out to discuss.

The Jr. Comets Mites fell to the legendary “parent team” today in a barn burner that will surely be remembered as one of the great triumphs in Parent vs Kids hockey history. Powered by years of elite conditioning from early morning drives, tying countless pairs of skates and disciplined pre-game snack strategy, the parent squad skated away with a hard-fought 10–8 victory.

Player of the Game was an easy call. Coach John Husnay stood on his head between the pipes, turning aside a relentless late rally by the Comets Mites and delivering a goaltending performance fueled by pure dad strength and veteran reflexes. 🏒🔴⚫

Finish the season with some March Mayhem at the best barn in Upstate NY March 20-22!

Participating team players and coaches will receive free tickets to the Utica Comets v. Providence Bruins AHL game on Mar 20th @ 7pm.
