*Provide a medium of expression for regional choreographers, dancers, musicians and designers.
*Stimulate interest in ballet and ballet schools
*Provide a medium of practice and performances for those dancers who are interested in gaining perfessional work.
*Present civic performances of high artistic quality for the public of the Mohawk Valley.
