seat, multi-purpose entertainment, business and community center owned by the GrandWorks Foundation, a community-based, non-profit organization tasked with the revitalization, operation and maintenance. Our vision is for the Urbana and Champaign County Community to own, operate and preserve the Gloria Theatre as a multi-purpose arts, entertainment and events venue for generations.

A big SHOUT-OUT to Sail On: The Beach Boys Tribute for a wonderful performance this afternoon and bringing ALL the good vibrations!🥰🙃

And thanks to a wonderful crowd who were beach worthy 😎⛱️and knew all the songs! 🎵🎶

A Big Congrats to Teresa Mott, the winner of the guitar 🎸signed by Jimmy Buffett. The big smiles said it all. 😀

A special thanks 🙏 to Steve & Page Gesualdo who donated the guitar and everyone who participated in the raffle - we so appreciate your support! All the proceeds go toward our roof renovations so THANK YOU, THANK YOU - we appreciate it greatly!

This evening, we morph back into a first-run movie theatre 🎬showing the ever-popular TOY STORY 5. Two showings on Father's Day, tomorrow, June 21 - 2:00 & 5:00 pm.

Now matter how you slice it, there's going to be FUN, FUN, FUN at the Gloria Theatre this week so please join us! The highly anticipated TOY STORY 5 5️⃣hits the big screen starting Thursday and on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 pm we'll be enjoying "Good Vibrations" with Sail On: The Beach Boys Tribute LIVE concert.

👉 Grab your SAIL ON ⛵️🛟⚓️ tickets at https://gloriatheatre.org/ and get your summer swing on! Don your Flip-flops & Floral clothing and bring your appetite as we'll be grilling burgers 🍔 hot dogs 🌭 and shrimp.

Maybe because we do live performances as well as first-run movies, we get a lot of questions about tickets so here's how tickets 🎟️🎟️ work at the Gloria Theatre:

LIVE Concerts: It is reserved seating. You can get your tickets online or call the box office at 937.653.4853. It is highly recommended you get tickets ahead of time and the Gloria Theatre is the only authorized seller.

Movies: It is general seating. AS ALWAYS, tickets may be purchased at the box office before the show or on the Gloria's website. Patrons buying online tickets must still check in at the box office with their order #. Doors open 45 minutes before the show.

NO FOOD OR DRINK may be brought into the theatre.

Thanks to all who came out to enjoy Second Saturday in downtown Urbana and the Ohio Goes to the Movies celebration. 🎊🎉The crowd at the free showing of "The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants" also won some fun prizes and got to take pictures with SpongeBob, Squidward & Patrick. Lots of family fun!
