Did you see the local celebrity cameo in this years show? Well the real Chris Smith came out to see his Christmas light debut in person! He usually lists the Christmas lights around town, now he was part of it! Lots of positive comments about his quick "interruption" to drop a weather report during the light show. Check out Panhandle Weather for more weather reports.

The light show keeps running through the 31st, however the snow machines are done for the season. Come see the lights if you missed it! 309 Brynn Ct till 9pm nightly.

Right now we have over 30 mins of show, but that will quickly get shorter as we remove songs from the playlist due to traffic backing up as we get closer to Christmas. So don't wait, come see the lights and the snow now before it's too late! 309 Brynn Ct

Bottom line: We are running but don’t have everything up yet.

This year was exhausting; Our family have put more effort into the show in the past 2 months than in the past 4 years combined. But it won’t be obvious based on what you see. The truth is the show is 11 years old this year (longest continuously running holiday light show in Bay County!), and lots of things just needed replaced. Some from the tornado damage from last year, most just because it’s falling apart.

The past month I have:
• Removed 15 props.
• Built and added 14 new props including installing 2,163 new pixel lights.
• Rebuilt 3 control boxes with new controllers and cables.
• Rebuilt the computerized model of the house to be able to accept the new props.
• Gone through all the existing sequences/songs and made changes to include the new props.

So you might now notice many things that are new, but a lot of it is brand new.

And this is all before the last week of rain that has prevented me from adding more. Snow Machines aren’t out yet, hope to have that running by the 13th. I have a few new songs to add, including a fun cameo by a local celebrity. So be sure to come out now, but maybe also come out in about a week to see what’s added by then (hopefully). 309 Brynn Court 32408 Dusk till 9pm.
