The Flutopia Initiative Flutists inspiring musicians to change the world, one concert at a time.

The Flutopia Initiative is a 501c3 nonprofit based in State College, PA that fundraises for charities and provides educational music concerts, often combined with literacy, science and math! Since its founding in 2012, Flutopia has spread its wings and become an international organization with programming across the Americas. Although the scope of Flutopia has shifted, its mission remains the same

: to raise money for charitable causes through community-building musical events. Flutopia has benefitted organizations local to Happy Valley such as the State College Food Bank and Centre Volunteers in Medicine in addition to other US-based organizations in San Diego, Minneapolis, Orlando, Washington DC, Dallas, and Salt Lake City and international organizations in Haiti, Guatemala, and Peru.

For anyone in the Centre County area looking for a musical lift on September 8th and 21st, you're invited to join me for some flute fun!!
I'll be concerto-ing with the Nittany Valley Symphony on the 8th (3:00) at Bellefonte Area High School and presenting The Flutopia Initiative's Tunes and Tales: "It's a Flutiful Day!" on the 21st (10:30) at Schlow Public Library.
😊Both events are joy-inspired and family friendly! 😊

Resilience proudly celebrates a new corporate partner each month. These partners' generous support allows Resilience to provide our programs and services completely free to the survivor. We send our gratitude to our March Partner of the Month, The Flutopia Initiative. Flutopia Initiative hosted a 5K race last year with funds raised benefitting Resilience. Thank you to Flutopia Initiative and everyone who supported this amazing event!
