Added a few more characters and a symbol to my friend Seth Ward s arm from the ONE PIECE MANGA SERIES....its always a pleasure to hang out with Seth...either tattooing or packing my parachute across from him on the packing mat at PNW SKYDIVING CENTER....Seth is a good dude and has become a good friend since meeting him at Skydive Oregon a couple years ago.

Yesterday was a big day....I got around...7am mile loop with dog...830am coffee date at Lionheart with Mom and my cousin Adolph who's up from Nevada 915am 2.5mile loop at Cooper Mountain with Mom and Adolph 12pm took my cousin to do a skydive at PNW his second...jump #104 for me. Was home by 230pm...got dressed up and went to a wedding ceremony and reception for friends and was home by 9pm....big day...fun day...its always amazing to me the things I can get done in a single day know that I have my wits about me....the gifts of recovery are many:) Sometimes they are simple things like focus and keeping to one's schedule...I feel blessed these days to continue to get to do some really amazing things and be a part of other people's lives.:)
