Scared Scriptless Improv Alaska's longest running and most experienced comedy improv troupe! Regularly performing at 49th State Brewing and The Nave. We also offer classes and workshops.

Scared Scriptless has been bringing live locally sourced comedy goodness to Alaska for over 25 years and we're not stopping any time soon! There's absolutely nothing quite like our particular brand of rapid fire, short form improv comedy madness anywhere else in the state! Our scenes are prompted by our audience and may contain adult themes. Once you see it for yourself, you'll understand why we're Alaska's longest running comedy troupe.

Did you get to see Middle Age Comeback in April? They are the long form improv duo of Jim Carlson and Craig Uhlir who formed this act at iO Theater in Chicago. They do one 45ish minute set with a couple dozen characters in one world created by an audience suggestion. It's like magic!

But that's not all! Scared Scriptless will go on before them both nights... Is that still not enough? Ok! ComedySportz will bring you all-ages improv in a separate show early in the evening on Saturday! It's all happening at The Nave.

Refreshments will be available. B**r and w**e will be available for Scared Scriptless/Middle Age Comeback.

But wait, there's more! You can learn long form improv from Jim and Craig on Saturday and Sunday.

Shows are on September 25th & 26th at The Nave. Both nights will feature Scared Scriptless with an opening set. Saturday will have an early all-ages show by ComedySportz (ticketed through comedysportzanchorage.com)

The workshops are on the 26th & 27th and will focus on long form improv group work and forms.
