🌼 Can’t grow the garden? Paint one! 🎨

For today’s Team Tuesday, Design Team member Kassi Hulet is turning treasured memories of gardening with her mom and grandmother into a beautiful watercolor floral card.

Kassi started by securing her watercolor paper to the Petunia Platform and using her MISTI Lite to stamp the floral image in fade-out ink. Keeping her paper in place gave her an easy workspace to move right into her favorite part—painting! And when the watercoloring was finished, the MISTI Lite came back out to perfectly place her sentiment.

We especially love Kassi’s tip for those sometimes-tricky yellow flowers: she brought peach into the shadows to create depth while keeping the yellows warm and vibrant. 💛🌼

With the MISTI Lite, Petunia Platform, and Power Mag helping streamline the process, Kassi could spend more time enjoying the part she loves most—creating that beautiful painted garden.

🚌✨ Beep, beep! We’ve got a shaker full of creativity coming through!
Design Team member Deniz Do is taking us back to school for today’s Team Tuesday with the sweetest little school bus card—and this one has a sparkling surprise!
Using her MISTI, Deniz stamped the adorable bus and coordinating images before bringing the scene to life with soft colors and a lightly blended roadway.
Then came the fun part! 💛 She transformed the bus into a shaker window filled with yellow, clear, and iridescent embellishments for just the right amount of sparkle and movement.
With her MISTI and Creative Corners in her creative toolkit, Deniz shows how precise stamping and playful details can come together to create something truly special.
We love a card that’s as fun to play with as it is to give!

Good witch? Bad witch? We’re just here for the SHOES. 👠🧙‍♀️✨

Ceal Pritchett is bringing some seriously fun color to Team Tuesday with this fabulous Halloween card! Instead of sticking with the usual spooky palette, Ceal blended bright lime, orange, and pink for a background that makes those wonderfully witchy shoes steal the show.

Her Petunia Platform + Power Mag kept everything securely in place while she blended, and her Original MISTI helped her get the beautifully stamped image she needed before coloring and die cutting. Add some gold splatter, a shimmering spiderweb, and one dangling little spider, and Halloween has officially gotten glamorous. 🕷️✨

🍁 Fall crafting is calling! 🍂

For this week’s Team Tuesday, Design Team member Jordan Hansen went shopping in her own craft stash and gave an older fall stamp set some well-deserved love—and just look at the gorgeous result!

Jordan used her Original MISTI to stamp that beautifully detailed autumn bouquet and sentiment before adding all those rich fall colors. Then her Precision Glue Press made assembling the layered focal panel and plaid background easy and controlled.

And we love that she finishes the back of her handmade cards, too! Jordan brought out her MISTI Lite and Petunia Platform to perfectly place her personalized “created by” stamp. 💗

It’s a great reminder that you don’t always need something new to create something beautiful. Sometimes a favorite stamp, a fresh color palette, and the tools you already love are all the inspiration you need.

ICYMI ON OUR BLOG YESTERDAY

✨ SATURDAY SPOTLIGHT ✨

Watercolor + salt = a little bit of crafty magic! 🎨🧂

Design Team member Kassi Hulet is on the blog with a special Saturday tutorial showing you how to create a gorgeous watercolor background that looks complicated—but is actually surprisingly easy!

Kassi starts her watercolor paper on the Petunia Platform, adds a wash of color, and then lets ordinary salt work its magic to create that beautiful, unpredictable texture. Once it’s completely dry, she stamps and paints her florals right over the background before finishing everything off with a sentiment using the MISTI Lite.

And that’s part of the fun of this technique: every background is completely unique! 💜

👻 We’re getting into the Halloween spirit for Team Tuesday!

Design Team member Anna Wight has created the sweetest little trio of trick-or-treating ghosts—and her Mini MISTI helped bring the whole scene together!

Anna used the Mini MISTI to perfectly position multiple stamped images on a single panel before bringing her ghosts to life with alcohol markers and colored pencils. And did you notice those shadows underneath? Such a clever little detail that makes them look like they’re floating! 🎃

We love this project because it shows just how versatile the Mini MISTI can be. Use it for scene building, layered stamping, sentiments, backgrounds, multiples and, of course, the ability to stamp again in exactly the same spot whenever you need a crisper impression.

Small footprint. BIG possibilities. 💗
