Hey family & friends, I stepped out on faith and submitted my art to the People’s Artist competition with the Johnny Depp Foundation — and I was approved.

Yesterday reminded me why I do what I do.
I was invited to live paint at Sunday Service event, and the love for my art was overwhelming. A sweet boy asked me to autograph his hand 🥹✨

The radio ICON Willie Moore Jr. . embraced me, spoke life into my gift, and left with a print I was honored to give him. I didn't even see him behind me so I was very shocked when I turned around lol.

Thank you so much Mrs. Gina Gina Seay Nesbit for creating such a powerful space, and thank you my girl Nia Allen for being right there with me helping and laughing lol. God keeps opening doors, and I’m walking through every one of them. 🙏🏾

Springing Into Purpose was everything I prayed for it would be creative, joyful, intentional, and full of purpose.

I partnered with my friend Michelle Holloway and her nonprofit Whole-ily to host this beautiful women’s painting event. We had a jewelry vendor , a realtor Tressie Wimberly who came to pour into the ladies, refreshments, Amazing Rotel dip by my niece Tacora Brown and two young men who served with excellence and patience.

I instructed the painting titled “Do What You Love,” reminding every woman in the room to walk boldly in her purpose while keeping God first. The energy was positive, the laughs were loud, and the creativity was flowing.

Grateful for everyone who showed up and made this day so special. 💛🎨✨.

“Unspoken doesn’t mean unheard.”
This piece is called Unspoken Song — a tribute to my son, who is nonverbal but full of a voice the world will one day understand. In the painting, he’s reaching into a box labeled My Voice, inspired by the scripture in Mark where a child is healed from the deaf and mute spirit. It’s my reminder that God sees him, knows him, and speaks for him even when he cannot.

This painting is for every neurodivergent child, every autism parent, and every little one whose words live in their eyes, their hands, their movements, their spirit. Their voice is still a voice. Their song is still a song.
