We are thrilled to announce that we have officially expanded our operations to the International Space Station! 🌌 We’re here to simplify life for the astronauts living aboard, handling everything from zero-gravity dust-bunny containment to complex vacuum-seal checks (it’s a bit more advanced than our usual HVAC filters!). Kristen and I have been in training for months, and as you can see, we’ve already arrived for our first comprehensive home watch visit.

According to a recent study by Fishbox, featured in Travel + Leisure, Lake of the Ozarks has been ranked the 4th cleanest lake in the United States!

Out of 100 major lakes analyzed, researchers looked at key water quality indicators like dissolved oxygen, nutrient levels such as phosphorus, and mineral content. These factors impact water clarity, aquatic life, and overall ecosystem health.

💧 Why that matters:
High dissolved oxygen supports healthy fish populations, while balanced nutrient levels help prevent harmful algae growth. These are the same types of indicators seen in top-ranked lakes like Lake Superior, known for its clear, oxygen-rich water.

This recognition proves what we already know. Osage Beach is more than just a place to visit. It is a healthy, thriving place to live and grow.
