Thank you to the Institute for Nonprofit Practice for this lovely memento commemorating my four years of service as a Senior Fellow with the Black Leadership Institute.

I have such fond memories of those years and of my incredible Fellows. It has been a joy to watch each of them continue on their individual journeys and do amazing things across the country.
