When Joey and I got together, he had no clue that Dave Darveau was my uncle. It wasn’t until a family get together, that he found out. 🙃

No questions asked, Dave Darveau was the “Junkyard” during his racing days. Unity was his home away from home, and he always did whatever he could to get himself out on the track.

Early this morning, the racing legend, forever #8, received his last checkered flag here on earth.

Rest easy, Dave.
(Although we all know he is already back to racing!) 🏁❤️🏁

After a week off from racing, we are EAGER to get back into the swing of things and finish out the season strong! 🏁🔥
I’ve gotten a few messages asking if the Junkyard Stocks will be racing on September 4th since they are missing from the schedule.

Come out to the Unity Raceway Annual Reunion!💛

One of the many things we love about the Unity Raceway Annual Reunion is seeing track personnel like Buster Roy return to take on their old roles for the day!
Buster will be back in the flag stand, flagging the vintage exhibition races at our reunion on September 13, 2026! And the best part? This is a FREE event!
