Some buildings are more than brick and mortar. They become part of the story of a community.
Thomas Richards has admired the 30 ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐๐๐ฃ building for many years, so being able to invest in it, preserve its character and become part of its history has meant a great deal to him.
Yesterday, we celebrated another chapter with the official ribbon cutting for 30 East, currently home to several local offices and businesses, along with 30 Social,
our event venue.
Weโre excited to be taking the reins of this beautiful location and even more excited about what comes next. Tomโs commitment to investing in Fayette County continues, with more exciting things ahead.
Hereโs to honoring the history behind us while continuing to build toward a prosperous future for Fayette County.
