Returning to the State Theatre stage, Brennen Wagner-Malia is ready for our Miscast Cabaret on June 7th! ✨

Brennen has become a familiar face with Main Street Theatre Company, appearing in productions including Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cabaret, and most recently in Grease. This summer, he’ll also make his assistant directorial debut with The Theatre Factory!

We’re thrilled to have Brennen joining us for A Tony Awards Experience: Miscasts, Martinis, & Mic Drops!

As Zach put it, he is “pleased as punch” to be returning to the State Theatre stage for A Tony Awards Experience: Miscasts, Martinis, & Mic Drops on June 7! A longtime member of Main Street Theatre Company, Zach has spent the past five years lighting up the stage in productions including Kinky Boots, Cats, A Chorus Line, and Xanadu.

Now, Zach is bringing his talent, humor, and theatrical energy to this special fundraiser, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the Miscast Cabaret!

Meet our next Miscast Cabaret performer — Henry Taylor! ✨

He may only be heading into 4th grade, but Henry is already a mighty presence on stage! A member of the Main Street Theatre Youth Company for the past two years and performer in several shows, audiences may recognize him from roles including Baby Bear in Shrek the Musical and a Smitten Kid/Ensemble member in Descendants the Musical.

When he’s not performing, Henry enjoys playing soccer — but he is especially excited to take the stage for A Tony Awards Experience: Miscasts, Martinis, & Mic Drops on June 7th!

Megan Henderson takes the stage in our upcoming Miscast Cabaret!🎤

Megan's story on how she landed in Uniontown is the true meaning of what we do! After working with us during the 2024 Summer at the State season, she found herself calling Uniontown home later that year!

Since then, you may have seen Megan volunteering around the theatre, teaching with MSTC, or performing on stage in productions like Anything Goes and Cats. Megan has worked professionally throughout the Pittsburgh and Baltimore/DC regions as a performer, educator, director, choreographer, and more.

Now, she’s bringing her talent and passion to A Tony Awards Experience our upcoming fundraiser on June 7th benefiting the State Theatre Center for the Arts and Main Street Theatre Company!

Meet our next Miscast Cabaret performer, Daniel Nuttall! ✨

We are thrilled to welcome Daniel back to his hometown stage for A Tony Awards Experience: Miscasts, Martinis, & Mic Drops! A Brownsville native and California University of Pennsylvania alumnus, this marks Daniel’s first performance at the State Theatre in four years!

Over the past several years, Daniel has traveled the world as a principal lead vocalist aboard major cruise lines including Norwegian and Carnival, while also performing at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Don't miss this opportunity to catch Daniel on our stage before heading back out to the high seas this August!

During the 5:30PM VIP miscast cabaret portion of the event you'll be able to experience a few of the MSTC Youth Company students join in on the miscast fun!

Michael takes educational classes with Main Street Theatre Company and is no stranger to the stage! Seeing these young performers step outside the roles they are traditionally cast as is going to make the event even more exciting!

Join director Ingrid Sonnichsen for an intimate reading of The Beautiful Future is Coming by Flora Wilson Brown, a powerful and inventive contemporary play that explores climate change, hope, and human connection across three generations and timelines. Spanning from 1856 New York to a future Arctic seed vault, the work examines what it means to imagine—and fight for—a livable future. This special gathering offers an opportunity to experience the play’s urgent themes in a thoughtful and conversational setting. Q&A to follow.
