We host as long as there are a reasonable number of guests, however I do not impose minimums, I also do not charge if yo
u don't have a minimum of guests. If you would like a different theme that can be arranged at no additional fee (require at least 3 to 4 weeks)
Bring wine/drinks and appetizers as well as finger food. Parties hosted at party halls will be priced at different rate. Rental of the hall fee when applicable with increase the price per individual. Prices may vary for parties hosted out of state. I will host at your home or business for no additional price. All art supplies included for the event: Paints, canvases, brushes, aprons, easels. Most importantly good humor and creativity. Other parties using different mediums will be available in the future. Prices:
Adult Events
Canvas 16"x20"
2 hour party - $30.00 per person
3 hour party - $40.00 per person
Children's Events
All supplies included - 2 hour events.
$25.00 - 14"×16" canvas
or
$20.00 - 8"x10" canvas
Wine Glass painting event
2 glasses
Other themes that are not canvas themes will be price accordingly. We are available for birthday parties, child's sleep over to have them involved in a fun activity. Pick a theme and if none of them are of your liking a new one will be made available for your party. Terms and Conditions
Due to covid protocols I request that painters use masks and social distance. We require a 50% deposit due upon booking of your party. The remaining balance is due a week prior to event. Cancellation by Artology Parties
If for some reason Artology Parties is not able to meet our minimum requirements we
reserve the right to cancel, postpone and reschedule the event. Cancellation by the customer
We understand last minute emergencies that may create a situation where you might need
to change your reservation. However, we require you that you cancel with in 72 hours
prior to the event. Canceling with in this time frame will guarantee that you receive your
deposit. Otherwise we will not be able to return your deposit. We will work with our customers to reschedule your event upon agreement. At the moment we do not provide Wine, drinks and food (pastries, appetizers,..) Themes for painting parties can vary, our selections are the following:
Landscapes (Cityscapes, Seascapes) Florals’, Still life's’, Animals and renderings of
food and objects.
