Hello Dino Friends and visitors, past & future. Long time, no post on my WDH FB page. As you can see in this video, I have been busy lumberjacking this 75 year old ash tree, which fell across our walking trail. Happy to report that this tree has been cut up & removed, and the trail is now clear for your prehistoric viewing pleasure. Visit Wells Dinosaur Haven; always viewable, always free, all are welcome. Hello to Friends of WDH and future visitors. Sad to report that our display will be closed until further notice, due to another large tree fall. Fortunately, no sculptures were impacted, but there is now lumberjack work to do before anyone can safely visit and walk our prehistoric path. Visit here on FB for future development.

Our display is not AI, but a real world experience; a walk in the woods featuring changing seasons and dinosaur sculptures built 100% right here in Uncasville, by another fat old man, yours truly, Fish Wells. Hello Dino Friends and potential visitors to WDH. For those planning a visit to my display, I must tell you of an extra attraction, added to the end of my driveway by the State of CT, DOT. This 8” deep, 4’ wide trench is known hereabouts as the Mohegan Canyon and continues to erode CT Rt 32 in front of my house & dinosaur display as workers resurface and hopefully repair the highway. As usual my show is always visible, always free, and all are welcome, but I would suggest visitors travel in an RTV, ATV, or perhaps even riding burros.

In Nature, smaller creatures are usually more brightly colored than larger ones, so I applied this principle when I painted my little Utahraptors. In this March landscape, they’re a bright spot in a gray forest waiting for Spring. WDH, always visible, always free, all are welcome. Spring, especially so.

A big hello to Dino Haven friends & visitors past and future. I always wanted to take pics of dinosaurs in the snow, so be careful what you ask for. Our display is always visible, always free, and all are welcome, but because of icy conditions our trail path is very slippery, and I must discourage potential visitors until Wintery conditions improve here at WDH. We look forward to seeing you all in the Spring. Here comes the Sun, I say.
