Please note: Our SVL Special Assistance Form is for internal use only, primarily to help us coordinate seating in the Main Theater and to share as a courtesy with the cruise line. Guests are still required to complete the official Holland America Line Accessibility Form once you receive your booking number, about 2 months prior to sailing. This applies to both medical and dietary requests.

🚨 IMPORTANT HOTEL UPDATE 🚨

Due to operational changes, the DoubleTree Hollywood will no longer be our pre-cruise hotel for 2026. Instead, we have secured a special group rate at the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida.

If you were previously booked at the DoubleTree, your reservation should have been cancelled by the hotel. Please book your stay at the Signia, see link below. Rooms are limited and must be reserved by October 9, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to provide an even better pre-cruise experience.
