🚨Are you filing for Accessibility for our 2026 sailing? 🚨

If so, this is a final reminder to complete our SAFE form before the August 30th, 2026, deadline!

Please note: Our SVL Special Assistance Form is for internal use only, primarily to help us coordinate seating in the Main Theater and to share as a courtesy with the cruise line. Guests are still required to complete the official Holland America Line Accessibility Form once you receive your booking number, about 2 months prior to sailing. This applies to both medical and dietary requests.

For more information, and to fill out the forms, please visit our website here |
