GUESS WHAT!!!!! IT’S AUDITION TIME!!!!!!!

Yes, you read that correctly! We are looking forward to presenting the show “I Ought To Be In Pictures”. It’s about a teenage girl who crosses the country to meet her dad whom she hasn’t seen or heard from since she was a small child. He’s a screenwriter, so she hopes her can put in a good word, but he is struggling himself. His girlfriend always steps in as the voice of reason between them. It’s a funny, heartwarming story of the reunion of a father and daughter.

This show is a cast of 3:

Herb Tucker: A struggling, middle-aged Hollywood screenwriter experiencing writer's block who abandoned his family 16 years earlier.

Libby Tucker: Herb's 19-year-old daughter who unexpectedly arrives at his West Hollywood apartment after traveling from Brooklyn.

Steffy: Herb's loving, on-again-off-again girlfriend who helps him navigate his sudden return to fatherhood.

Audition dates are September 20th & 21st and will be held at The Building! Show dates are November 13th & 14th.

First of all, I am truly overwhelmed and thankful for how many volunteers we have for HarvestFest this year!!!! We only need a couple more people!!!

We need 3, preferably 2 experienced, in caramel apples on Saturday from 1-4.

We need 2 people in caramel apples on Saturday from 4-close.

Those are the most urgently needed!!! Please let me know if you’re willing to volunteer! When you volunteer, you get a free ticket into the park, so you can still enjoy HarvestFest!!!!

HARVESTFEST!!!!

Hello Fellow TCP Supporters,
The Tyrone Community Players are thinking towards fall. Once again we will be having our yearly fundraiser at Harvestfest, at DelGrosso Park, on Saturday and Sunday, September 26 & 27. We have be selling our homemade caramel apples (which are made on site) and having Children's Pumpkin Decorating (kids of all ages love this activity). This is a big fundraiser for us and we can't do it without the help of many volunteers like you. There will be three different shifts, each day, for the Caramel Apples and two shifts (unless we get a lot of volunteers to make it three) each day in the Children's Pumpkin decorating.
We ask that you mark your calendar with these dates (September 26 & 27) and decide when and where you would like to help us out. You will be e-mailed, called, texted or personally talked to about when you can help make this another successful fundraiser. You do get a free pass into the park the day or days you volunteer.
Thank you ahead of time for helping us make this a wonderful and successful fundraiser.

Apple shifts on Saturday are 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm and 4pm-7pm. Sunday shifts are 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm and 4pm to 6:30 (plus help tear down)
Pumpkin shifts on Saturday are 10am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-7pm. Sunday shifts are 10am-2pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm. Will change number shifts if we get a lot of volunteers.
