📣 Calling Local Clubs, Organizations & Community Groups!
We’re putting together a **Back to School Bash** on Saturday, **August 1 from 10 AM–4 PM** at The Refilling Station, and we’d love to invite local clubs, nonprofits, educational groups, first responders, and community organizations to participate **completely FREE**.
We’d especially love to hear from groups like:
📚 The library
🚒 Fire, police, EMS and other first responders
🍀 4-H and FFA
🐝 Beekeepers and gardening groups
🌲 Forestry and wildlife organizations
🐾 Animal rescues
🏥 Health and wellness organizations
🎨 Youth clubs, homeschool groups and children’s programs
⛪ Local outreach ministries
🤝 Any group that serves, teaches or supports our community
You’re welcome to set up a booth, share information, offer a simple children’s activity, give a demonstration or just come introduce your organization to local families.
There is **no booth fee for community groups and organizations**.
We’ll also have local vendors, a huge foam party for the kids, The Refilling Station open for shopping, and Maggie’s serving food throughout the day!
