Everyone experiences and processes life differently, and we’re passionate about creating free, accessible opportunities for people to explore how art can support mental well-being, reduce stress, and ease anxiety.

Join us to learn, create, connect, and discover the positive impact art can have on your overall wellness.

Spaces are limited, so email us to reserve your spot.

It was such a joy and an honor to speak with the talented 3rd-grade students at University Academy in Longview! These young artists are about to paint their very first mural, and their creativity and excitement were truly inspiring. 🎨

As the founder of Tyler Art Lift and a mural artist, I loved sharing tips and stories about bringing art to life in our communities. I can’t wait to see the incredible mural they create!
