Sadly we are selling the lot for Old Pecan Park. I had a stroke in December of 2024 and I am not going to be able manage the park. We are truly heartbroken to have to say goodbye to our dream, but who knows what the future holds. Thank you so much to everyone that had such positive feedback and were excited for this. ~Courtney Smith
