We are TWO WEEKS away from opening night of Theatre TJC’s production of METAMORPHOSES by Mary Zimmerman! Come see Midas and many others from the most famous Greek Mythology stories in this beautiful work of storytelling.

It’s time for Theatre TJC’s LAST main stage production of the 22-23 season! Join us for “Metamorphoses” by Mary Zimmerman, directed by Denise Weatherly-Green. ⚡️🪶🔱

Primal storytelling and modern sensibility collide in a sensual re-envisioning of Greek myths, as gods and mortals alike endure love, loss, and transformation-all while immersed in a pool of water on stage. Swirling with passion, Tony Award® winner Mary Zimmerman (author of ANW’s award-winning Argonautika) creates this masterpiece that mesmerizes with tales of Midas, Orpheus, Aphrodite, and more in a whimsical and heartbreaking meditation on the joys and perils of being human.

April 26-28 at 7:30 P. M. and April 29 at 2:30 P. M.

Box Office opens Tuesday, April 19. Daily operations in the Rogers Palmer Performing Arts Center, and evening operations at the Jean Browne Theatre. Hours are 1-6 p.m weekdays.

Tickets prices are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, students and active military.

Theatre TJC’s first production of the Spring 2023 semester, “An Evening of O’Neill”, is opening THIS WEEK! 🌊🍻 This Main Stage production will feature three of O’Neill’s one-act Glencairn Sea Plays: “Bound East for Cardiff” (directed by David W. Crawford, “In the Zone” (directed by Ethan “Texas” Beam), and “Long Voyage Home” (directed by Jacob L. Davis). Box office is open, so call at 903-510-2212 to reserve your tickets NOW!!!
