It has very recently come to my Attention as race director at Twisting Trails that all the upset people have been involved in arguing about rules for our club. I have been informed that most of our team members (100% volunteers) are ready to step away from the racing year. If the arguments and disrespect keeps going on, there will be NO 2026 grass season at twisting trails.. This kind of disrespect will kill the last true grass racing venue in Michigan.. if that is what you would like to see keep it up..I as Race Director am trying to save this race venue. It is very hard to find people that are willing to work as hard as we do to make a three race season for everybody to race and have fun at. I am very disappointed that this has to come to this, but I will cancel the season with no help. It cannot be done. Please stop the disrespect for our volunteers or there will be no more Races at Twisting Trails. Thank you for understanding the difficulties of running a 100% volunteer organization .Your race director BRIAN L Any more issues should be addressed to me.. The disrespect for our volunteers will no longer be tolerated by our club members or I as your race director.. If it is found out to be happening you,your crew and race team will not be welcome at our facility in the future.. Mark your calendar from today forward.. Thanks for your attention to this matter.. I simply cannot and will not accept this behavior from any racer or crew.. I have a personal responsibility to make sure that this matter is resolved IMMEDIATELY.
