Take a look at Brianna Carroll ✨🩵
This summer has been an intern in the accounting department at a trucking company in her hometown of Cullman, Alabama. She is excited to apply what she has learned in accounting to her leadership position of Treasurer in the Dance Honors Society to Alabama. When she isn’t working, she has been using her summer to rest and prepare for Yonder’s upcoming tour in Edinburgh. She has enjoyed teaching  at her local dance studio, volunteering at her church, and cross training through running, workout classes, and kayaking. Brianna is ready to reunite this week with the Yonder company and so grateful for the opportunity to dance at The Fringe!

Introducing Mr. President, Micah Courtland 🤴🏾

is a third year MFA student, Yonder’s President, and one of our choreographers/dancers. He has a heart for teaching and loves to instruct dance for all ages levels! Micah’s dream is to make dance more available for black and brown boys who have never before thought of dancing. He also wants to continue as an artist traveling in a dance company and make his Broadway debut as a performer and/choreographer!

Both majoring in Dance, these two are beautiful on and off the stage, and never fail to make us smile behind the curtain.

While Jasmine has been working this summer, she’s focused on balance, embracing spontaneity, human connection, and enjoying the little moments. We can’t wait to see how that pours of her performance in just a few weeks at 🌟

Eva is soaking up every minute of contemporary dance, wanting to pursue it professionally when she graduates. Whether it’s through attending masterclasses or performing in UA’s many showcases, Eva is always pushing the boundaries of creative moment! We can’t wait to see them face to face next week at our final rehearsal❤️
