A huge thank you to Arts nโ€™ Autism for the thoughtful gift basket they left for our staff! We were honored to host Splash Camp last week and loved having such an amazing group with us.

Iโ€™d also like to extend a special thank you to our McAbee members. To accommodate Splash Camp, we closed the pool during the day, and our regular members graciously gave up some of their swim time so these children could enjoy a fun and memorable experience. Your patience, understanding, and support helped make the week a success.

We are grateful to be part of a community that comes together to create opportunities and lasting memories for others. Thank you all for making Splash Camp so special!

UPDATE: ALL PARA Activity Centers (Including the Tuscaloosa Tennis Center) & PARKS will delay opening on Monday, January 26, 2026 until 12:00PM and will close at 6PM.

All Tuscaloosa Basketball Association - TBA basketball games and or practices will be cancelled Monday, and those games will be rescheduled.

The Jerry Tingle Activity Center Open House originally scheduled for tomorrow is cancelled and will be rescheduled.

PARAkids Extended Day after school care at Rock Quarry is cancelled in accordance w/the Tuscaloosa City Schools closure.

Ol' Ol' Colony Golf Complex greens will be covered until Wednesday. Iron and Ember Golf at Ol' Colony will open 1/26 at 12:00PM and remain open for regular business hours.

๐Ÿšซ McAbee Pool Temporarily Closed

Due to a heater issue, the McAbee Center pool is currently closed. Weโ€™re working hard to get things back up and running as quickly as possible!

๐Ÿ’ฆ In the meantime, members are welcome to swim at any of our indoor pool locations:
โ€ข Faucett Brothers (Northport)
โ€ข Bobby Miller Activity Center (69 S)
โ€ข Jerry Tingle Center (McCalls)

๐Ÿ” All-Inclusive members can always access any facility with their membership. ๐ŸŠ McAbee-only members can receive a free day pass to use these pools while ours is out โ€” just stop by the front desk!

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we make repairs. Weโ€™ll update you as soon as the McAbee pool is back open!
