Hey guys!

Sorry for the delay, life got away from us. 🙃

I know it’s last minute but we sold our house quicker than anticipated and have to squeeze this in before we move!

So we will be holding a sheep riding jackpot for a buckle this Saturday (10/30) at 5:30pm.

It will be $20 per kid.

Okay so we have some dates and would like your input!

We can do a practice at 2pm this Sunday 6/13 if everyone can make it.
(I know it’s late notice but our oldest is playing all-star ball so bear with us for the month of June)

We won’t have as many sheep for the practice as we will for the event but we can make it work. Also, it will be free for the kids to try and make sure they like it before entering them in the event.

We’re thinking July 24th for the buckle event.

Hey everyone!

So just a couple things up front
1. This is nothing fancy. We have a small arena in our back pasture with a small wooden chute, perfect for sheep, that was originally built for our kids to practice.
2. We are not doing this to make any money, just trying to give the kids a local spot to ride sheep.
3. We’re hoping to have a practice day soon for the kids who may be new or just for everyone to come check it out, practice, and make sure it’s something your kiddos are interested in.
4. We want to host more than one event but do not want every event to be mandatory in order to win a buckle. There will be a buckle available for each event.
5. Only the first place winner will get a buckle, second will get a trophy and, If there are enough kids, third will get something too. (We will have an award for one out of every 5 kids entered. So if there are 10 kids entered, we will reward 1st and 2nd place. If 15 kids enter, 1st, 2nd and 3rd will get something and so on)
6. We are still working on definitive rules for this so bear with us on that.
7. We are throwing around dates but we are hoping to have the first event in late June or early July. We’re trying not to interfere with other junior deals in our area.
8. Anyone who is willing to help, is welcome! Just let us know!
9. This is for any kids 7 and under and under 65lbs.
10. If you have any questions, please ask. And any feedback is welcome! Again, we want to accommodate any kids who want to ride! So if your kids are interested, please reach out! We’d love to have you and your babies!
