I always love to create new things… especially when it’s playing dress up with one of my favorite mascots!

When this client first reached out to me, she asked if there was any way I could put Colonel Rebel in a cap and gown to celebrate an Ole Miss grad. Of course I can! So that’s what we did. I played with adding various elements and borders, but all of it seemed to take away from the main attraction. So I simplified (rare, I know 🤣), and this turned out perfectly.

My favorite part of this banner is the red that pops off of the blue gown. And that cap and tassel are too much fun!

Alright, alright! I know I say it every time but this one really is my favorite! Mainly because it brought back allllll the nostalgia of when I graduated from THE University of Mississippi… affectionately known as Ole Miss!

There are so many things I love about this banner, I can’t pick just a couple. But one that stands out is the 18 MPH Speed Limit sign. That’s the speed limit on campus in honor of alumni, Archie Manning. Y’all know him, right? That’s Eli and Peyton’s dad. But we just know him as one of the greatest QBs to ever play at Ole Miss.

I also loved the Walk of Champions and the detail there. It’s rare that I get to do an Ole Miss banner and not use the Colonel, but this is one and it is awesome.

I ship!

With baseball in full swing, let’s look at some baseballs I painted for a local schools Senior night in Tupelo.

Each ball is customized with the players name and number and also has the school’s baseball logo that’s found on their caps. I also added 2026 since they’re graduating this year.

It’s always an honor to be a small part of big moments, and it doesn’t get much bigger than high school seniors wrapping up their school sports careers!

Spring is the season for all of the things including ballet and dance recitals, and I’m happy to present these ballet butterflies for such a time as this!

Each one is an original 4x6 painting encased in a scalloped acrylic frame. Colors of blush, champagne, and peach define the delicate wings and pointe shoes, and metallic gold highlights capture and reflect light when it hits the painting.

Creating something that appeals to a wide age range can be a challenge, but I am always up for challenge.

This client was celebrating her daughter’s 18th birthday and also her mother in law’s birthday. Bright fun colors and whimsical flowers were the perfect way to bridge the age gap for this soirée. And if I’m being honest, I’m a little obsessed with this color palette.

I hope they had a magical time celebrating these two women in their lives!

Whew! Y’all! March came in like a lamb and left like a lion! I am busy, but I am loving every second! March brought banners for seniority parties, birthdays, and end of year celebrations. But it also held pet portraits, linen napkins, prom bouquet sashes, senior send offs, block letters, window paintings, ballet shoes, and fraternity coolers.

I am so grateful and humbled. Don’t ever think I take a second of this wonderful, creative life for granted. I’m so blessed to be able to do what I love, and I’m so thankful the Lord has given me a gift to share with others. It’s all from Him. None of it is me.

Loving these block letters I created for a Nashville area grad headed to the Citadel in the fall!

By now you know that personalization and making things custom is my jam. I want to make something unique and get every detail right. These block letters give me the opportunity to do that every time.

If I’m honest, I had no clue about the Citadel. I knew it is one of our country’s oldest and most prestigious universities and military academies, but outside of that, I was lost. Some quick research lead me to all the things, and now I’m obsessed with their mascot. General Bullseye is by far my favorite detail on these blocks. The feather plume in his cap?? I can’t.

I chose the Citadel motto for one letter and the palm from the South Carolina state flag on another. The Padgett-Thomas Barracks clock tower is featured on the O.

These letters have been a big hit this year. I’ve had customers use them for grad table displays, party decor for every age and every celebration, and as super customized dorm art. They add a big pop and a lot of detail. They are unique and a have to have item!

My spots for these are limited and filling up quickly. Don’t wait to reach out!
