The promised update is here! A quick recap of where I’ve been and what’s in store :)

Between juggling multiple jobs, life circumstances, and a touch of artistic burnout, I went about a year without touching a brush. But I’m back, ready to jump in with some new ideas in store.

New painting up on the website!

This lil 8x10 barn study was entry number 11 for this year's Harford Fair (where it snagged a blue ribbon!)

8x10 Oil on canvas. An alla prima study of an unkown artist's work. This piece was created as an entry for the 2023 Harford Fair where it snagged a blue ribbon. (Didn't think a farm painting could get any more rustic, did you?) Original art may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.

Sometimes the wash is too pretty to cover 😍

I was going to use this canvas for a landscape painting, but fell so in love with this transparent red oxide wash that I had to change plans. 12-year-old horse girl Bekah would be pleased 😅

There are some new faces around here, so I wanted to introduce myself. Hi! 👋 My name's Bekah. I'm a part-time church office administrator, part-time artist working mostly in oil paint and charcoals.
