Today we're thrilled to introduce you to the one who started it all, Danny! 🥳 He's celebrating a big birthday today and is incredibly thankful to all you collectors who have made his art dream possible for the past 11 years. 🎉

Danny is a contemporary figurative painter, tattoo artist, musician, and founder of The Copper Wolf. Through symbolic realism, his work explores how the stories we inherit and the narratives we create shape our concept of meaning.

Here's a bit about his newest painting collection, Echoes:
Echoes is a meditation on what happens when presence gives way to performance, and the most intimate parts of human experience begin to take their shape from forces outside us. The series inhabits the distance between what is genuine and what merely resembles it, asking how much of our inner lives remains our own when we are no longer fully present within them.

Artist Spotlight: Meet Cass! aka ✨

Firstly, Cass had a birthday yesterday! 🥳 Help us continue the celebrations by buying her artwork, leaving her an amazing review on google, or booking a tattoo! 🎉

As a tattoo artist and illustrator, Cass is inspired by botanical subjects and loves creating custom work for her clients. She specializes in color and coverups (swipe to see the amazing octopus coverup she just finished!)

"I’m a lifelong artist but a third year tattooer. My love of art was passed down to me from my mother and grandmother. Eventually it led me to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design where I zeroed in on scientific illustration. I am currently focused on illustrative work in both black and color."

In addition to incredible tattoos, Cass also creates amazing mixed media paintings! Stop by our SOL closing reception to see the miraculous waxed watercolor and gold leaf piece she has in the gallery.
