August Country Swing was a success! 🤠

August brought a lot of new faces, new friends, new dance skills and plenty of fun to the TCWDA floor. Thanks to everyone who came out, learned with us, practiced with us and helped make Country Swing such a successful month.

Now we turn the page.

September & October = Progressive Two Step!

If you’ve been thinking about learning to Two Step, Tuesday September 1st is the night to start. We’ll begin at the beginning and build your skills progressively each week. Beginners are absolutely welcome, and our instructors are on the floor to help along the way.

No partner needed. No experience needed. No pressure. Just a fun, friendly place to learn country dancing.

And fellas—this is a great time to get started.

TCWDA hung a hundred on ’em again. 💯🤠

Over 100 Country Swing dancers hit the floor Tuesday night for another packed evening at TCWDA.

Beginners jumped in, the fellas kept showing up, and the floor was full of people learning, practicing and having a good time.

Where there’s country dancing, TCWDA tends to find it. 🤠

Last night that meant crossing the state line into Fayetteville for the H***y Tonk Hoedown and catching up with Jumpsuit Jamey and our friends at NWA Two Steppers.

Oklahoma and Arkansas may be neighbors, but on the dance floor it’s all one country dance community.

Thinking about trying Country Swing? You will not be walking into an empty room.

Last Tuesday, 157 people showed up to learn, practice, meet people and enjoy a night of social dancing.

That means more people to dance with, more chances to practice and a friendly crowd to help make that first night easier.

Beginners are welcome. No partner needed—we match partners so everyone has someone to dance with. Instructors are also available on the floor to help and answer questions.

And men—this is a great time to start. You do not need experience or perfect rhythm. Just walk through the door and give it a try.

Learning to dance takes practice. We just make the process fun.

157 dancers filled the floor Tuesday night—and that means more people to meet, practice with and enjoy social dancing with.

Learning to dance is a process. The more often you return, the more natural the steps become and the more confidence you build. We keep the lessons fun, beginner-friendly and easy to follow.

Additional instructors are available on the floor to answer questions and help students who need extra guidance.

No partner needed—we match partners so everyone has someone to dance with.

Men, this is a great time to try Country Swing. No experience is required. Just come ready to learn, meet people and have fun in a safe, friendly environment.
