Bold Body Arts is hiring a WEEKEND ASSISTANT MANAGER in Tulsa, Oklahoma!

We’re growing and looking for someone who knows how to sell, lead a team, and make every client feel welcome. This is a part-time weekend position with real responsibility and room to grow.

💰 COMPENSATION

👋 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome clients and help keep the weekend running smoothly
• Turn inquiries into appointments through helpful, confident sales conversations
• Assist clients with jewelry selection and purchases
• Handle scheduling, calls, messages, payments, and follow-up
• Support our tattoo artists and piercers
• Help manage inventory, studio presentation, and daily organization
• Address client concerns professionally and keep leadership informed
• Help lead the weekend team and maintain a productive, professional environment

🔎 WHAT WE REQUIRE

⚠️ ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE PRIOR PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

✅ Previous sales experience is REQUIRED
✅ Prior professional management experience is REQUIRED
✅ Reliable weekend availability
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Confidence discussing pricing and asking for the sale
✅ Attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities
✅ A team player who maintains a respectful, professional workplace
✅ Must pass a background check

You don’t need to be a tattoo artist or piercer. You DO need to have previous management experience, know how to work with people, confidently support and lead a team, and follow through.

We know APP comes up frequently in the piercing community. If APP membership or working toward it matters to you, let’s discuss your expectations around jewelry, sterilization, equipment, studio setup and continuing education during the interview. We want that conversation to be specific and transparent.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone with strong hygiene practices, a professional presentation, verifiable work history and excellent client communication.

You must be able to pass a background check and maintain a drug free, professional workplace. Reliability, teamwork and respectful communication are essential. Leave the drama at the door.

Two or more years of piercing experience is a bonus. Experience working with children and teens is a HUGE bonus.

Our clients include families, kids and teens, so patience, sound judgment and the ability to make both clients and parents feel comfortable matter here.
